What we do?
We provide Digital Scholarship and Research Data Services to UCT, including the following:
- Specialist Digitisation services for Digital Preservation and Online Showcasing;
- Data Curation services, supporting good practices in Research Data Management (RDM);
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Consulting for Staff & Postgraduate Students.
We advocate for Open Science, to make research, teaching and learning at UCT more efficient, collaborative and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable). On this mission, we are hosting a growing community of Data Stewards at UCT.
