Draft Incubation and business development services policy framework

The draft Incubation and business development services policy framework has been published for public comment. The Framework "seeks to address South Africa’s national challenges of poverty, unemployment, and inequality by positioning micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises and co-operatives, co-operative financial institutions, and cooperative banks (hereinafter referred to as small enterprises in terms of the definition contained in the National Small Enterprise Amendment Act 21 of 2024) as key drivers of job creation, economic transformation, and inclusive growth, as outlined in the National Development Plan Vision 2030 (NDP)."
