The Marginalised Groups Indicator Report,
2023 provides "data relating to the socio-economic and demographic profile of marginalised groups in South Africa, using mainly secondary data from Stats SA. The main sources of statistics reported on household, demographic and social indicators in this report are largely based on the General Household Survey (GHS). Economic indicators on the labour market were tabulated using the Quarterly Labour Force Survey (QLFS), while crime-related indicators were calculated using data from the Governance, Public Safety and Justice Survey (GPSJS). Disability statistics were tabulated using Census 2022."
