The draft Sectoral Emissions Targets 2025 to 2030: 
Implementation of South Africa’s updated Nationally Determined Contribution has been published for public comment. "Per the forthcoming Climate Bill, the Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) is required to allocate Sectoral Emissions Targets (SETs) to ensure the country meets the stated greenhouse gas (GHG) emission target as published in the National Determined Contribution (NDC)."
