Request for Comments on the Draft White paper on Human Settlements

The draft White Paper on Human Settlements was published for public comments. "This White Paper provides an overarching framework to inform policies, legislation and programmes, practices involving housing and human settlements development in South Africa. The White Paper provides policy certainty and guidance in housing and human settlements developments towards the progressive realisation of adequate housing in sustainable human settlements and improved quality of life to South African citizens."
