The City of Cape Town has published a draft document: Our Shared Energy Future: The 2050 Energy Strategy for the City of Cape Town, for public comment. The Strategy "sets out a vision and a programme of action to address the current energy supply crisis and to navigate the energy transition to the benefit of residents and businesses."
