National Integrated Strategy to Combat Wildlife Trafficking (NISCWT)

The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment has issued The National Integrated Strategy to Combat Wildlife Trafficking (NISCWT). "It is the first wildlife trafficking combating strategy of its kind in South Africa and has one primary goal: to direct law enforcement structures in South Africa and empower them with the necessary means, to reduce and prevent the increasing scourge of wildlife trafficking, in the country itself and abroad."
