The National Treasury has presented to Parliament the Medium Term Budget Policy Statement, 2020, accompanied by the MTBPS Speech, and the Adjusted Estimates of National Expenditure, 2020. "The 2020 Medium Term Budget Policy Statement (MTBPS) charts a course that will enable South Africa to begin the difficult task of economic recovery."
