The White Paper on Fire Services "provides a framework for understanding the philosophy and approach espoused by our government in the delivery of fire services in the country." The White Paper "outlines the various mechanisms that must be utilised by fire services to engage with communities especially those whose assets, housing and livelihoods are vulnerable to the risks posed by fires."
