The Policy Framework to Address Gender-Based Violence in the Post-School Education and Training System "sets out the strategic intent of the Department to curb the scourge of GBV in PSET institutions. The scope of this Policy Framework is the entire PSET system – national and regional offices, institutions, entities and related organisations, including universities, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) colleges and community education and training (CET) colleges, as well as skills providers.
