Draft findings document: inquiry into subscription television broadcasting services

The Independent Broadcasting Authority of South Africa has published the Draft findings document: inquiry into subscription television broadcasting services. The document  expresses "the Authority's view and position on the issues raised, before a Final Findings Document is published."
