Regulatory framework for community broadcasting services: discussion document

The Independent Broadcasting Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has published the Regulatory framework for community broadcasting services: discussion document for public comment. "The purpose of this Discussion Document is to facilitate participation by stakeholders in The Review of the Community Broadcasting Regulatory Framework by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa."

"The Discussion Document is structured in the form of questions supported by explanatory and contextual discussion. Questions posed are all encompassing and submitters should feel free to provide additional information and or research they feel necessary to substantiate their responses."
