Code of Good Practice on Equal Pay /Remuneration for Work of Equal Value

The Minister of Labour has, on the advice of the Commission for Employment Equity, in terms of the Employment Equity Act 1998, issued the Code of Good Practice on Equal Pay /Remuneration for Work of Equal Value in the South African Government Gazette No. 38837 of 1 June 2015.
"The objective of this Code is to provide practical guidance to employers and employees on how to apply the principle of equal pay /remuneration for work of equal value' in their workplaces."
