Kenya Public Sector Remuneration and Benefits Policy
The Kenyan Salaries and Remuneration Commission has published the Public Sector Remuneration and Benefits Policy. The purpose of the policy is to guide the Government to achieve an effective and equitable remuneration and benefits system. "The Government acknowledges the magnitude of the problems that are symptomatic of a dysfunctional system that cannot be effectively and sustainably addressed through reactive, ad hoc and piecemeal actions."
