National Communication Strategy Framework

The Government Communication and Information System has published the National Communication Strategy Framework.  "The NCSF is informed by the communication environment and provides a framework that sets the tone and direction for all national government departments, provincial departments, municipalities and government entities to develop their own communication strategies and plans for the medium-term period."
