Report by the Minister of Police to Parliament on security upgrades at the Nkandla private residence of the President

The Minister of Police submitted a Report  to Parliament on security upgrades at the Nkandla private residence of the President on 28 May 2015. The report examined the "non-security" upgrades, but concluded that they had security purposes. The report concluded that the President was not liable for the costs of any security features.
