Draft Sir Lowry’s Pass and Surrounds Local Spatial Development Framework

The City of Cape Town's District Spatial Planning Department is developing a Local Spatial Development Framework (LSDF) for the Sir Lowry’s Pass (SLP Village and Surrounds). The City requests comments on the draft LSDF documents. "The main purpose of this document is to provide a contextual overview of the existing trends in the local area. The aim is to collate existing information on the local area and in the later documents produce a local spatial development framework (LSDSF) for Sir Lowry’s Pass Village and Surrounds."
