Draft Philippi Local Spatial Development Framework

The City of Cape Town has published the draft Philippi Local Spatial Development Framework for public comment. The draft LSDF "aims to set out the long-term development vision for the respective area, as well as identify various spatial and other interventions and an investment pipeline to support the implementation of the vision."
