The South African Law Reform Commission requests comments on the Discussion Paper 168: Project 94: Alternative Dispute Resolution: A Mediation Act for South Africa.  "This investigation aims to consider the development of legislation to promote the optimal use of mediation, and to provide citizens with an additional avenue to access to justice."
