The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment has published the National guideline for consideration of climate change implications in applications for environmental authorisations, atmospheric emissions licenses and waste management licenses for public comment. This guideline "puts forward a consistent approach in providing interested and affected parties with the minimum requirements to consider when undertaking a climate change assessment."
