South Africa’s 6th Periodic Report on the Implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women

The Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities has published South Africa’s 6th Periodic Report on the Implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women in the Government Gazette. "This report builds upon South Africa’s 5th Periodic Report (2009–2014) and incorporates recommendations from the CEDAW Committee’s Concluding Observations, highlighting progress made toward achieving substantive equality between women and men."
